Job summary

Baoli Decoration Group (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee day-to-day site progress and ensure work aligns with architectural plans, designs and quality standards at Kuala Lumpur project sites. You will coordinate on-site sub-contractors, workers and suppliers, manage material deliveries, and schedule activities efficiently while enforcing safety measures.

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese; basic English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of working experience in site supervision, interior decoration, fit-out, or construction works.
Aged 25 to 40 years old.
Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese; basic English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong ability to read technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation details.
Willingness to travel between project sites and work flexible hours when required.
Possess Driving license (D) and personal transport.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site progress and quality against plans and standards.
Coordinate on-site sub-contractors, workers, and suppliers; schedule materials and activities.
Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and finishing quality.
Identify issues and deviations early and coordinate with engineers/designers for resolutions.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and attend site meetings.
