Job summary

IDCandy Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor and manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules. The candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, and capable of effective communication with contractors and suppliers.

The role requires independent on-site work, readiness to travel between project sites, and collaboration with the internal project/design team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School certificate (SPM or equivalent).
• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Building, Architecture, Interior Design, PM, or related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 1–3 years experience is favored.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Check measurements and verify dimensions before construction proceeds.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team on site matters.
• Prepare site reports and attend meetings with project team.
