Job summary

NICESTLYE REFURBISHMENT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated on-site supervisor to oversee interior design and renovation projects in Selangor. You will supervise construction work, ensure smooth progress, and coordinate activities on the project site.

The role requires at least 1 year of on-site supervision, strong communication, and the ability to work with subcontractors and foreign workers. You should hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site construction supervision experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work on the project on the site.
• Ensure work is completed and runs smoothly.
• Coordinate and monitor activities at the project site.
• Attend site meetings and measurement works.
• To plan, lead, monitor, and control projects with the support and co-operation of team members.
• Compiling Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
• Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
