SAIL BY RICCIONE REKA is seeking a Site Supervisor (ID Fit-Out) to support and coordinate interior fit-out works on site in Malaysia. Training, guidance, and support will be provided in a structured, process-driven environment.

The role welcomes candidates with 2+ years of site experience who are eager to learn, with ownership of transport and clear communication as essential requirements.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating on-site ID fit-out and cabinetry installation works.
• Support material verification against Delivery Orders and Packaging Lists.
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Follow approved drawings and site instructions during installation works.
• Assist in site preparation, basic checks, and documentation.
• Coordinate with installation teams and internal departments.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Support quality checks, handover inspections, and defect rectification works.
• You will be guided by senior team members and supported by clear drawings and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing
