Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd invites applications for a site-based role responsible for supervising piling, building, civil and structural works in Oil & Gas construction. You will coordinate contractor activities, monitor progress, and ensure safe working conditions and permit procedures on site in line with AFC drawings.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in Oil & Gas (on/offshore), CIDB registration, and familiarity with P&ID,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas construction (onshore/offshore).
• CIDB registration is required.
• Familiar with P&ID and isometric drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate piling, building, civil and structural work on site.
• Direct site progress monitoring and ensure alignment with project schedule.
• Coordinate activities of construction contractors and maintain safety and permit procedures.
• Review contractor scope against drawings, specs and AFC drawings to ensure compliance.

Contract Duration : 3 to 4 months

Responsibilities

• Supervised and coordination of piling,building, civil & structural work.
• Direct site progress monitor projectworking schedule and progress work
• Supervise and coordinate the activitiesof construction contractors and maintaindaily supervisory surveillance checks andrecords ensure that contractorsmanagement and supervision areproviding safe working conditions andpermit procedures.
• Routinely study, check and review allcontractor scope as detailed in drawings,specifications and instructions to ensurecontractors proper interpretation andcompliance with the lasted AFC drawingsand specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma inMechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering orrelated certificate to the discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiencein Oil & Gas industry (Onshore / OffshoreConstruction) and at least involvement in2 oil & gas projects (Onshore / OffshoreConstruction)
• Registered with CIDB
• Familiar in various aspects ofOnshore / Offshore Construction
• Familiar with P&ID and isometricdrawing
• Familiar with Microsoft Office(Word / Excel / Power Point)
• Good communication skill withcontractor & direct labour
• Must have pre commissioning,commissioning and performance testingexperience
• Familiar with modelling software e.g.,Naviswork
