Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor (Electrical) for our established Malaysian client in Kajang to oversee installation, maintenance and servicing at customer sites across the Klang Valley.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 2 years of electrical installation/maintenance experience, knowledge of single- and three-phase wiring, and willingness to travel. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in electrical installation or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of single-phase and three-phase wiring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects and installation works at customer sites.
• Coordinate and manage wiremen and technicians.
• Ensure works meet requirements and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, service and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and inspection works.
• Support EV charger installation and related electrical works.
• Update the Project Engineer on site progress.

Our client is an established Malaysian company specialising in electrical and professional sound installation, electrical maintenance, inspection and EV charging solutions. They are looking for a Site Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee installation, maintenance and servicing works at customer sites across the Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects and installation works at customer sites.
• Coordinate and manage wiremen and technicians.
• Ensure works meet requirements and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, service and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and inspection works.
• Support EV charger installation and related electrical works.
• Update the Project Engineer on site progress.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in electrical installation or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of single-phase and three-phase wiring.
• Experience with EV charger installation is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel across the Klang Valley and work extended hours for overnight projects when required.
• Valid driving licence and own transport. Candidates based in Kajang are preferred.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

• Basic Salary: RM2,600 to RM3,000
• Overtime for overnight works
