Job summary

Nisham Electrical & Constructions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Electrical Technician to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across Klang Valley and other project sites. The role involves wiring, DB panels, lighting, and on-site service responses.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be proficient with electrical testing equipment and tools, with a focus on safety and quality. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.
• Relevant electrical qualification/certificate is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, DB panels, electrical systems and equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot and identify electrical faults independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, testing and repair works.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform rectification.
• Install and maintain DB panels, cables, lighting, power points and other electrical equipment.
• Respond promptly to service calls and attend to electrical breakdowns.
• Conduct testing and inspection after installation or repair to ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Assist with cable laying, termination and other electrical site works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to safety requirements and company procedures.
• Update work progress and report site findings to the supervisor/management.
• Complete service reports and relevant documentation when required.
• Hands-on exposure to various commercial and electrical projects

Job description

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and hardworking Electrical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works at various commercial and project sites within Klang Valley and outstation.

Key responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, testing and repair works

Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform the necessary rectification works

Install and maintain DB panels, cables, lighting, power points and other electrical equipment

Respond promptly to service calls and attend to electrical breakdowns

Conduct testing and inspection after installation or repair to ensure systems are functioning properly

Assist with cable laying, termination, connection and other electrical site works

Ensure all works are carried out according to safety requirements and company procedures

About you
