Job summary

Pembinaan Maju NT Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities. You will supervise site workers, coordinate subcontractors, machinery and materials, and ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and work programmes.

Monitor progress, report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager, and coordinate with consultants and main contractors. Maintain quality and safety, assist with measurements and inspections, and address site issues with timely

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
Experience in civil, water supply, pipeline or infrastructure works is an advantage.
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage site activities.
Willing to work on site and travel when required.
Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction works.
Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, machinery and materials.
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work programme.
Monitor site progress and report daily updates to Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and other site personnel.
Ensure proper workmanship, quality and safety requirements are maintained.
Assist with site measurements, inspections and documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate necessary rectification works.
