Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities on construction sites in Johor Bahru. You will receive materials, prepare site meeting reports, and attend meetings as needed to keep projects on track.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in engineering and project management. You will supervise construction workers and subcontractors and perform ongoing inspections to ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• At least 3 Year(s) of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Day to day activities on site and receive materials delivered to site.
• Prepare Site Meeting Reports and attend Site Meeting if necessary.
• Conduct Monthly Site Valuation with subcontractors, clerks of works and quantity surveyors.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the site and equipment.
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Perform any other project duties assigned by the superior.
