Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee installation works and supervise daily site activities in Negeri Sembilan. You will coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure progress and quality align with project requirements.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 2–3 years of site supervision experience, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
• Good communication and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to tight schedules.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the company.
• Oversee daily site activities and workforce performance.
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house workers.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and installation works.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work completion records, and progress claim documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
