Job summary

APG Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee C&S/M&E/Architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and QA/QC standards.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the operations team, prepare progress reports, and support handover. A Diploma/Certificate in relevant field with 3 years' experience and CIDB Green Card are required, with willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience in construction.
• CIDB Green Card and own transport for site commuting.
• Willing to travel to outstation projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for C&S / M&E / Architectural works at site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and the site operation team to resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect completed works and identify defects, discrepancies or workmanship issues.
• Monitor subcontractors’ progress, manpower, materials and work quality.
• Ensure architectural works are coordinated with structural and M&E services.
• Attend site inspections and follow up on consultants’ comments.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and site records.
• Enforce QA/QC guidelines on site.
• Assist with defect inspections, rectification and handover.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by Superiors.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for C&S / M&E / Architectural works at site

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved construction drawings, specifications, method statements and quality requirements

Coordinate with daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and the site operation team.to resolve site discrepancies

Inspect completed works and identify defects, discrepancies or workmanship issues

Monitor subcontractors’ progress, manpower, materials and work quality

Ensure architectural works are properly coordinated with structural and M&E services

Attend site inspections and promptly follow up on consultants’ comments

Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports, site records and photographic reports for management review

Enforce strict workplace safety and quality control (QA/QC) guidelines on site

Assist with defect inspections, rectification works and project handover

Carry out any other tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related field

Minimum 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience in construction field

Candidate with good and relevant experience will be considered for Coordinator level

Possess valid CIDB Green Card and own transport for site commuting

Good team player and able to work independently

Flexible for travelling and willing to be assigned to outstation project when required
