Shamrock Arena (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure work meets project schedules and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and managers while maintaining safety compliance across outdoor playground installations.

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of site supervision experience in construction or outdoor installation works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Independent worker able to handle site issues and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures and regulations.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport; willing to travel to project sites.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work aligns with project schedules and requirements.
• Monitor installation of playground and recreational equipment for quality and compliance with drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Ensure site safety compliance and conduct toolbox meetings as required.
• Identify and resolve site issues including delays, defects and coordination problems.
• Prepare daily progress reports with photos and documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment for site needs.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Coordinate final inspections, defect rectification and handover of completed projects.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and requirements.

Monitor the installation of playground and recreational equipment to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.

Coordinate with project managers, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

Monitor site safety compliance and coordinate toolbox meetings as required.

Identify and resolve site issues, including work delays, defects, and coordination problems.

Prepare daily site progress reports, including photos and relevant documentation.

Monitor and coordinate site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Coordinate final inspections, defect rectification, and handover of completed projects.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or outdoor installation works.

Able to read and understand construction drawings.

Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle site-related issues effectively.

Familiar with construction site safety procedures and regulations.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Willing to travel to various project sites as required.

Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an advantage.
