Job summary

Woo Lai Fat Construction & Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Setia Alam, Selangor invites an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team as a full-time role.

You will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects run on time, within budget and to high standards for quality and safety. Key duties include monitoring and coordinating workers, conducting frequent inspections, preparing site diaries and progress reports, witnessing tests and commissioning, and maintaining clear site records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and manage all general workers on site.
• Coordinate, monitor and inspect work frequently to ensure compliance of the standards and requirements by witnessing daily inspection, conducting appropriate test and certification.
• Prepare/verify site diary, progress reports and verify test reports. Monitor and witness testing and commissioning of all work done. Keep records at site.
• Prepare reports to superiors on the progress of the work and the problem areas encountered, especially concerning defective, outstanding, non -conforming, delayed and non-safe works.
• To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time
• To keep track, receive and take immediate action from Client complaints

As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
