Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a supervisor to lead staff, ensure quality control, and guide production teams under direct supervision. The role covers material/specification conformity, adherence to best practices, and oversight of maintenance for buildings, landscapes, and offices.

The position also involves tracking expenses, reporting progress, and coordinating staff schedules. Due to organizational changes, transfers to other locations or departments may occur at the company's discretion.

Responsibilities

• a) Responsible for supervising staff and maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback.
• b) Guidance to the production team under direct supervision.
• c) Must insure and assist in determining if materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications.
• d) Ensure the staff follows the set processes and adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.
• e) Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in a company
• f) Lead maintenance supervisors and manage activities for the repair of buildings, landscapes, and offices.
• g) Duties include tracking expenses, reporting progress, and assigning schedules.
• h) Manage and mitigate complaints by house owners under DLP associated with defects and quality matters.
• i) Transfer – The company may at its discretion transfer you to another location , section , department, project site or associate company where your services are required.
