Tasks & responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations

Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with local authorities

Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards

Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly

Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently

Must have experience in landed residential projects (terrace houses & semi-D) & factory
