Job summary

Zenhab Structure Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee renovation, construction and interior design builds. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate on-site activities to maintain quality and progress.

The role requires practical knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and basic construction practices, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Independent work and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in renovation, construction, interior design & build, or site supervision is preferred.
• Good knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and basic construction practices.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor project progress, identify site issues, and coordinate timely solutions.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and installation meet the required quality standards.

Ensure all works are completed according to the agreed timeline and project requirements.

Prepare site reports, provide project updates, and maintain effective communication with the project team.
