Job summary

DCP UNGGUL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring work aligns with project specifications and schedules, and coordinating subcontractors, workers, and machinery on site.

Responsibilities include quality checks on concrete pours and formwork, ensuring availability of materials and manpower, maintaining records, and addressing site issues with corrective actions as needed.

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and machinery on site.
• Inspect concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement, and other construction activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available for site activities.
• Monitor the delivery and usage of ready-mix concrete and other construction materials.
• Conduct site inspections and identify construction defects or safety hazards.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements at the worksite.
• Maintain site progress records, daily reports, and related project documentation.
• Assist in resolving site issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor project progress and report delays or potential risks to management.
• Verify completed work before submission for inspection and approval.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on construction progress.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
