Manage and oversee daily work schedules, site workforce allocation and task assignment to ensure optimal productivity

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring all workers comply with safety protocols

Monitor material usage, equipment performance and site inventory to minimise waste and control costs

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and addressing concerns
