Job summary

Responsible for supervising and monitoring daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, verify site works, materials, manpower, and machinery, monitor project progress, and resolve site-related issues to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

• Work collaboratively with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out on schedule
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
• Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors
• Oversee construction progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Verify site works, materials, labours and machineries, monitoring and supervision
• Resolve site problems that may arise

About you

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2 years of experience in the field (housing or industrial)
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Able to study and familiar with construction drawings
• Highly organized and able to plan ahead
• Understanding of the construction process
