Job summary

Muar Cathay Industries Sdn Bhd in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a project support assistant to maintain documentation, coordinate meetings and site visits, and assist with reports. You will help track timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring records are accurate and ready for review.

You’ll collaborate with designers, contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on track, and look for improvements to boost efficiency in a busy highway guardrail operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant project support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project management team and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to address potential issues.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and subcontractors to complete projects.
• Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
