Job summary

SVS RENOZ MY SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead small renovation projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan daily activities, supervise on-site teams, coordinate material deliveries, and report progress to project managers.

Emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and timely delivery of milestones. You should have at least 2 years of site supervision experience, basic trade knowledge, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision.
• Residential or small commercial project experience preferred.
• Basic trade knowledge or technical certificate; CIDB or safety training is an advantage.

• Plan daily site activities, track progress against schedules, and update supervisors on milestones and delays.

• Inspect completed work, raise nonconformance issues, and follow up until quality standards are met.

• Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage expectations and resolve on-site queries quickly.
