Job summary

Private Advertiser in Klang Valley and Ipoh Perak is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires communication in English, BM, and Mandarin, and the ability to work independently with tight schedules.

You must have transport and be willing to work in multiple locations. Responsibilities include studying drawings, monitoring progress, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in aluminium works and building construction.
• Effective skills and knowledge in managing construction activities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, BM and Mandarin for client communication.
• Capable of working independently under tight schedules.
• Willing to work in Klang Valley Area and outstation; own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
• Study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance; highlight defects to subcontractors.
• Prepare paperwork and project documentation for site activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate subcontractors' works and resources on site.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team in Klang Valley Area & Ipoh Perak. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Requirement:-

Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in aluminium works & building construction.

Possess effective skill and knowledge in managing construction activities.

Proficient in written & spoken English, BM & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to work independently and with tight schedule.

Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley Area & Outstation

Responsibilities:-

Assisting Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction activities at project site.

Able to study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirement

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/subcontractor.

Maintains safe and clean working environment on procedures, rules and regulations.

Preparing the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site/activities.

Supervise subcontractors and workers with the objective of completing the project on time as well as meets the quality and profitability of the project as according to specification.

Assist Project Coordinator in the planning of manpower and other resources to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.

Coordination of sub-contractors' works and their resource including workers and machinery at the site.
