Job summary

VOLTZ Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang invites applications for the role of Site Safety Supervisor (with Yellow Book) to oversee safety planning, inductions, and on-site health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will hold a Yellow Book, Lifting Supervisor Certificate, and be able to lead safety programs, investigate incidents, and liaise with project teams across Batu Kawan/Bayan Lepas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in CONSTRUCTION SAFETY sector.
• Lifting Supervisor Certificate.
• Possess 'Yellow Book' certification in occupational safety and health.
• Technically competent and able to manage the safety and health activities within the assigned project site.
• Able to work independently, communicate well with all parties in the project.
• Highly disciplined, responsible and very duty bound.

Responsibilities

• Plan safety on site and conduct safety inductions for workers, employees and contractors.
• Monitor and maintain safe and healthy working conditions on site.
• Investigate any on-site accidents and submit reports to Headquarters.
• Develop and implement project safety plans and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Responsible for construction site safety planning and conducting safety induction program for workers, employees and contractors
• Monitor the establishment and maintenance of a safe and health working conditions in workplace
• To conduct investigation into any accidents at site and submit a report to Headquarters
• To develop project safety plan, implement and generate monthly report
• Perform any other project duties as assigned by superior

Requirements
