Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role.
• Mandatory Yellow Book certification approved by DOSH.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia OSH regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits across construction sites.
• Develop and maintain site safety plans and procedures.
• Provide safety inductions and training for site personnel.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Enforce PPE usage and safe work practices on site.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory documentation.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions on site.
• Liaise with authorities, safety consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify environmental hazards and implement mitigation measures.
• Recommend and oversee safety improvements and corrective actions.
