Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) for Serenia City, Dengkil. The role supports the site SHO in OSH program documentation and implementation, ensuring compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 (Bowec), EQA 1974, CIDB, and related regulations.

You will advise on best practices, conduct inspections, monitor safety practices, and coordinate with subcontractors. Qualified candidates have a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Yellow Book, and CIDB TMO

Qualifications

Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
Yellow Book is required or preferred.
Certified CIDB TMO is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

Assist the site SHO on documentation and OSH program implementation.
Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB and related regulations.
Advise employers on safety best practices.
Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards.
Monitor, inspect and correct unsafe practices at the site.
Collaborate with contractor safety supervisors to ensure sub-contractors comply.
Investigate incidents and report near misses.
Participate in HSE committees and inspections.
Monitor KPIs related to safety.
Oversee workplace activities to meet safety standards.
Undertake other duties as required by management.
