Job summary

RSC Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking a SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR to monitor and supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements at our Shah Alam projects. The role involves regular safety inspections, enforcing PPE usage, and coordinating with Project Manager, site supervisors, consultants and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ Degree in OSH or Civil Engineering, with DOSH SSS registration preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and requirements.
• Fresh graduates with relevant safety qualification may be considered.
• 1–3 years of site safety experience is an added advantage.
• Own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure workers comply with safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate safety matters with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Assist in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site safety documentation.
• Prepare basic safety reports, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Monitor housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
• Ensure site activities comply with relevant OSHA, DOSH and project safety requirements.
