Job summary

Northern Solar Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Site Safety Supervisor to oversee HSE programs on project sites and ensure compliance with safety norms.

The role demands 3+ years of HSE experience, NIOSH SSS competency, and DOSH registration with a yellow book. You will coordinate safety trainings, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and support emergency planning to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Competent Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) by NIOSH.
• Experience in HSE for 3+ years from yellow book holder date.
• DOSH registration with a yellow book holder (Valid).
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement health and safety programs on projects.
• Conduct safety inspections of procedures, equipment, and tools.
• Plan and realize health and safety observations and inspections.
• Provide trainings and safety instructions.
• Support investigations of accidents and near-misses.
• Contribute to Emergency Response Plan reviews and testing.
• Prepare reports with accident data and preventive actions.
