Job summary

DH MOVERE PLT in Malaysia seeks a Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book Holder) to oversee daily health, safety and regulatory compliance on construction sites, ensuring robust risk controls and permit-to-work processes.

You will inspect operations, lead toolbox talks and inductions, ensure DOSH/JKKP guidelines and OSHA 1994 regulations are followed, maintain incident logs, and enforce clear communication with site teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) competency recognized by DOSH/JKKP.
• Background in construction or related industrial projects.
• Authoritative safety enforcement.
• Clear communication with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect daily operations, high-risk activities, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
• Lead daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and worker inductions
• Ensure adherence to DOSH/JKKP guidelines, OSHA 1994 regulations, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems
• Maintain incident reports, safety logs, and statutory inspection records
