Job summary

Oriental Interest Berhad is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to inspect construction sites, rectify unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and related regulations. You will lead toolbox talks, conduct risk assessments, monitor subcontractors, liaise with DOSH/JKKP and authorities, and maintain comprehensive site documentation to uphold safety standards.

Applicants should hold a valid DOSH Yellow Book and a diploma/certificate in OSH or related

Qualifications

• Valid DOSH Yellow Book as Site Safety Supervisor.
• Diploma or certificate in OSH or related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on safety management on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites and rectify unsafe conditions.
• Correct unsafe work practices and check subcontractors’ work.
• Liaise with contractors' safety supervisors on subcontractor safety.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and regular audits/inspections.
• Prepare risk assessments and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with DOSH/JKKP and authorities to uphold standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Act and Regulations throughout projects.
