Job summary

Progamatic Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to manage daily site safety, conduct patrols, and stop unsafe acts. You will update safety policies to comply with Malaysian laws and perform risk assessments on machinery and site operations, ensuring a safe work environment.

The role involves investigating accidents, filing reports, and participating in Health & Safety Committee activities, with travel to outstations as required.

Qualifications

• DOSH Registered Yellow Book Holder.
• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Possess own transport (car)
• Willing to travel outstation whenever required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site safety, conduct patrols, and stop unsafe acts.
• Update and communicate company safety policies to meet Malaysian statutory laws (OSHA/DOSH).
• Perform and regularly review risk assessments (HIRARC) for all machinery and site operations.
• Investigate all site accidents, file accurate reports, and implement safety improvements.
• Organize, chair, and write minutes for Health & Safety Committee meetings.
• Prepare and submit regular safety activity reports to the Project Manager and Safety Officer.
