Job summary

Megalift Sdn. Bhd. in Klang Valley seeks an experienced Site Safety Supervisor for a 6-month contract on a Data Centre project.

You will monitor site safety, ensure HSE compliance, and supervise heavy transportation and high-risk activities until project completion. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, a valid Yellow Book or equivalent, and 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Valid Yellow Book (Registered Site Safety Supervisor) or equivalent safety certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, heavy lifting, heavy transportation, logistics, or data centre projects.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian HSE regulations and safe work practices.
• Experience in crane operations, heavy transport, or abnormal load movements.
• Able to conduct site inspections, incident investigations, and safety documentation independently.
• Good communication skills and confidence in enforcing safety requirements on site.

• Conduct routine inspections of lifting equipment, transportation equipment, and work areas, taking immediate action on unsafe conditions
• Provide guidance on safe lifting practices, load securing, manual handling, environmental compliance, and other safety-related matters
• Carry out regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and non-conformities
• Stop any unsafe work or practices that pose a risk to personnel, equipment, or the environment
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and submit reports to the Safety Officer

About you
