Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified HSE professional to implement the Requirements of the HSE Management System on site in Sepang.
You will take proactive measures to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to eliminate dangers; review HIRARC, and coordinate with subcontractors and workers on HSE training.
Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are essential; at least two years’ site experience and a valid DOSH Yellow Book are required.

Responsible for implementing the requirements of the HSE Management System.
Take pro-active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
To ensure subcontractors & workers comply to the requirements of the HSE Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.
Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before work execution.
Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.
Coordinate with Sub-Contractor & workers on HSE internal training execution.
Comply with all HSE Management System requirement in order to introduce continual improvement for the work and activities.
To conduct HSE inspection periodically and submit documents to HQ.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, relevant stakeholders and public.
To achieve KPI of the Company and project respectively.
VALID YELLOW BOOK HOLDER registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH)
Experience with Pelican Project is an advantage
At least two (2) years working experience at site and/or assignment exposure.
Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction & ICT.
Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
Work irregular hours or extra hours to accomplish urgent work and/or pending assignments upon requested.
