Job summary

RM LEOPAD SDN BHD is seeking a Safety & Quality Officer to ensure QMS/ISO compliance across HQ and branches in Kedah. You will coordinate with the Branch Quality Management Department, organise audits, and ensure alignment with OSHA 1994 standards and customer requirements.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Occupational Safety, DOSH site supervisor registration, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, communicative leader.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in OSHA 1994 and related safety standards.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Occupational Safety or related field.
• Registered as safety site supervisor with DOSH (Yellow Book).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of QMS/ ISO requirements.
• Liaise & cooperate with Branch Quality Management Dept & SOP Coordinators.
• Conduct, organize & participate in 1st, 2nd & 3rd party audits at HQ or branch level.
• Ensure product and quality processes meet internal and customer requirements and ISO standards.
• Monitor and ensure ABMS implementation and practices compliance.

Job description

1. To ensure full compliance of the QMS/ ISO requirements.

2. To closely liaise & cooperate with the Branch Quality Management Department & SOP Coordinators.

3. To conduct, organize & participate in all 1st, 2nd & 3rd party audits conducted at HQ or branch level.

4. Ensures that the product and quality processes comply with internal and customer requirements and ensure alignment with ISO standards.

5. Monitor and ensure the compliance on the ABMS implementation and practices.

QUALIFICATION:

Knowledgeable in OSHA 1994 and good in the term as for meet branch requirement.

Candidates should possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety or related field.

Registered as safety site supervisor with DOSH and have valid certificates (Yellow Book).

Candidates with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience are preferred.

Fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment are also encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel).

Good leadership qualities, proactive, matured, independent, focused and result orientated.

Good communication.
