Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a software/IT field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and interpret results to drive improvements.
• Experience in reliability engineering or software operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for production systems and issue investigations.
• Lead incident response and RCA activities for production systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability across Remote Care platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application, database, and infrastructure performance.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and KPIs for operations.
• Address system quality issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
