Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in application or production support.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support and incident handling.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases, with RCA skills.
• Familiar with REST APIs, system integrations, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems.
• Monitor health, performance, availability, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive RCA outcomes.
• Coordinate with dev, infra, DB, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support deployments, patches, and post-production validation.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Assist with UAT/SIT and production readiness activities.
