Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site (Software) Reliability Engineer (SRE) to enhance scalability, stability, and performance across automated platforms. The role includes deploying server-side changes, tuning performance, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with hands-on Linux experience and proficiency in multiple programming languages including C, C++, Java, and Go, plus scripting in Bash/Python/Perl/Ruby.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE concepts.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (C, C++, Java, Go).
• Good shell scripting with Bash, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
• Extensive hands-on Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related field is better. Strong understanding with DevOps and SRE concepts is welcome.

• Extensive and hands-on knowledge with Linux operating system (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Ability to communicate, reading, and writing in English.
