• Work closely with Project Director, Managers, Engineers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors to resolve site and commercial matters.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure quantities are properly recorded and supported.
• Identify potential cost implications and variations early, and highlight them to the project team.
• Support final account preparation and closing of subcontract packages.
• Ensure QS matters are followed through from identification to documentation and closure.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

2–5 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in building construction or property development.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Comfortable working on site and closely with the construction team.

Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS/project tools.

Organised, commercially aware and strong in follow-through.

Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with different project stakeholders.
