Job summary

Majestic Interior Deco is seeking a careful Site Measurement Technician to visit customers’ properties, take precise measurements and prepare clear site reports for the Directors. Training provided; no sales targets. You will travel around Kuching and Serian, using measuring tape and laser equipment, and submit reports with complete dimensions.

Experience is helpful but not mandatory. You should be punctual, honest, able to work independently, and communicate politely with clients.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to use measuring tape and laser-measuring equipment.
• Careful with numbers and attention to detail.
• Able to prepare simple site sketches.
• Able to communicate politely with customers.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel around Kuching and Serian.
• Responsible, punctual, honest and able to work independently.

This is not a sales position. No sales target, quotation preparation, material ordering or installation management is required.

Key responsibilities

Arrange measurement appointments with customers.

Measure areas for SPC flooring, wall panels, wall features, curtains and window coverings.

Record site conditions using images and videos.

Prepare simple sketches with complete dimensions.

Record access conditions and customer requirements.

Submit accurate measurement reports to the Directors.

Attend home-makeover site visits with a Director when required.

Recheck measurements before ordering when instructed.

Maintain company measuring equipment, samples and documents.

About you

SPM or equivalent.
