Job summary

Pembinaan Bintang Baru Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee daily construction activities and ensure on-time delivery of projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety requirements.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in residential/high-rise projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Conduct site inspections and monitor defect rectification.
