Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Construction Site Planner to oversee daily site operations, ensure schedules and specifications are met, and coordinate activities across teams.

The role involves managing labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and liaising with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction site (Landscape & Infrastructure Works).
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities to meet schedules and specifications.
• Manage site teams including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
