Job summary

Pro Building Defect Management (ProBDM) is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to support property inspection and defect management projects across Johor, including Kulai. You will supervise daily site inspections, conduct visual checks of architectural, structural, M&E, plumbing and finishing works, identify and document defects, and assist inspectors during handovers.

Qualifications

• SPM holders welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in construction, renovation, site supervision, or property inspection is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction workmanship and common defects is an advantage.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to project sites across Johor.
• QLASSIC certification or relevant inspection experience is an added advantage.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site inspection activities.
• Conduct visual inspections of architectural, structural, M&E, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Identify, record, photograph, and document building defects accurately.
• Assist inspectors during property handover and defect inspections.
• Monitor rectification works and verify completed defects.
• Prepare inspection records, checklists, photographs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, contractors, and internal inspection teams.
• Ensure site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Travel to various project locations when required.
