Job summary

China Communications Construction Company – Klang, Selangor is seeking a diligent site assistant to support the Construction Manager, project engineers and subcontractors in daily operations at the job site. You will coordinate material deliveries, handle returns, manage waste disposal, maintain site cleanliness, and assist with documentation, daily logs and safety compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma or higher in civil engineering is preferred; Mandarin or English communication is

Assist the Construction Manager, Project Engineers, and subcontractors in all project aspects to ensure smooth daily operations at the job site.

Coordinate material deliveries, handle returns, manage waste disposal, and maintain site cleanliness.

Assist the Construction Manager with documentation, record job modifications, and maintain a daily log of site activities.

Support the site management team in monitoring and managing the operations team.

Follow all safety instructions at the job site and promptly report any accidents or rule violations to the site management team.

Requirements

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, relevant working experience will be an added advantage

Good command of Mandarin or English. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
