Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. You will coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain quality and safety on site.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, driving license, and willingness to work at multiple locations. Prior site experience is advantageous to support on-site coordination across locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience at construction site is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, work progress reports, technical submission and site documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.
