Job summary

Pembinaan Bintang Baru is seeking a capable Civil Engineer to support daily high-rise construction activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist the Project/Site Manager, supervise structural & architectural works, and help monitor progress, quality, safety, and workmanship to meet project standards.

You will also conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 2–5 years of high-rise experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of high-rise construction experience.
Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

Assist Project/Site Manager in managing daily high-rise construction activities.
Supervise C&S and Architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and workmanship.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and M&E teams.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues through RFI.
Prepare site documentation, progress reports, site memos, and claims.
Monitor defect rectification and ensure compliance with QLASSIC, ISO 9001, and safety requirements.
Ensure construction works are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
