Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Prepare the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site/activities.
• Maintain safety and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/sub-contractor.
• Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.
• Assign and supervise daily workforce for workers.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.
