PEMBINAAN BUKIT CHEEDING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Engineer (Electrical) based in Kedah to oversee day-to-day construction activities, supervise workers, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and design teams to interpret specifications and resolve technical issues on site. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of site engineering experience in construction; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Having experience with TNB is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to Kedah/Johor/AWS Cyberjaya/Genting Sempah (Pahang) and possess own transport.

About the roleWe are seeking a talented Site Engineer (Electical) to join our dynamic team at PEMBINAAN BUKIT CHEEDING SDN. BHD., based in Kedah. As a Site Engineer (Electrical), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including supervising workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to interpret and implement design specifications

Conduct site inspections, identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise

Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the project management team

Collaborate with the design team to suggest improvements or modifications to the construction plans

Ensure all construction work is completed within budget and on schedule

Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge

What we're looking for

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a site engineering role, preferably within the construction industry.

Fresh Grad also welcome to apply.

Having working experience with TNB is an advantage

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions

Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Office suite
