PEMBINAAN BUKIT CHEEDING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Engineer (Electrical) based in Kedah to oversee day-to-day construction activities, supervise workers, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and design teams to interpret specifications and resolve technical issues on site. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of site engineering experience in construction; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1–2 years site engineering experience, preferably in construction.
Fresh graduates welcome.
Having experience with TNB is an advantage.
Willing to travel to Kedah/Johor/AWS Cyberjaya/Genting Sempah (Pahang) and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, supervising workers and monitoring progress.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to interpret design specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Prepare detailed reports and update the project management team.
Collaborate with design team to suggest improvements to construction plans.
Ensure construction work is completed within budget and on schedule.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
