About the role

As a Site Supervisor (Electrical) at TENAGA MA Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of electrical projects. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, where you will be responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the activities of on-site electrical teams to ensure projects are progressing as planned

Monitoring and evaluating the quality of work performed by electrical technicians and contractors

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation

Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations

Reporting on project status and progress to senior management

Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical engineering industry

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and installation processes

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, contractors, and clients
