Job summary

DIMENSI DAYA GEOTECHNICS SDN BHD is seeking a site supervisor to manage bore pile and foundation works, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain project progress.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with responsibility for daily site progress, reports, and timely issue resolution to keep construction on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in bore pile and foundation works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with safety requirements and construction standards.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, coordination, budgeting and scheduling for construction works.
• Handle submissions to client or engineer and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure subcontractors follow drawings and specifications.
• Oversee site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
• Attend site, operation, client/consultant and subcontractor meetings.
• Monitor site safety and ensure timely completion of works.
• Report daily progress and delays to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing site progress reports and documentation.
• Supervise daily construction activities, especially bore pile and foundation works.

To manage and ensure proper project management, planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects. To handle and prepare submission to Client or Engineer and be responsible for submit of progress reports.

Control and maintain all aspects of site safety and ensure timely completion of construction works

Report daily site progress, issues and delays to the Project Manager

Assist in preparing site progress report, material take-off and documentation

Supervise daily construction activities at site, especially bore pile and foundation works

About you

Must have experience in bore pile / foundation works

Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and technical coordination

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Familiar with safety requirements and construction standards
