Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily site activities according to project schedules.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain site records, daily logs, safety reports and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage site inventory and material/equipment delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and identify delays or issues.
• Support project team in resolving conflicts and implementing actions.
• Maintain open communication between on-site and main office.

About the role

Lead Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and organised Site Coordinator to join our team in Sipitang, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction sites. As Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating between various teams and contractors, and ensuring that all projects run on schedule and within budget. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of project delivery and safety compliance across all our construction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring all work is carried out according to project schedules and specifications
• Communicating with project managers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to planned deliverables
• Maintaining detailed site records, including daily logs, safety reports and documentation of materials and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment on site
• Managing site inventory and coordinating the delivery and storage of materials and equipment
• Conducting site inspections and identifying any issues or delays that may impact project completion
• Supporting the project team in resolving conflicts and implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Maintaining open communication channels between on-site personnel and the main office

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a construction environment, preferably in a site coordination or similar supervisory role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, Professional working proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations and project management principles
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site challenges
• Physical ability to work on construction sites and exposure to outdoor working conditions
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, site supervision or related fields (preferred)
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (preferred)
